父母 of dependents interested in attending the University of Idaho should take the following steps toward transferring entitlement to the admitted student.
Transfer of entitlement requests for Post 9/11 退伍军人权利法》® (Chapter 33) must be submitted and approved while the service member is in the Armed Forces (on active duty or selected reserve). Revocation or reallocation can be done after the service member has separated. Some service members transfer a small unit of benefit — a day/week/month — to a dependent while still in the service, 分离后再重新分配.

的 受养人教育援助 (Chapter 35 DEA) program offers education and training opportunities to eligible dependents of veterans who are permanently and totally disabled due to service-related conditions or who died while on active duty or as a result of a service-related condition.
This benefit is paid to students monthly.
