365滚球官网 跳舞 majors have numerous opportunities to perform throughout their college studies. The program offers two fully produced concerts each year, performed in the 400-seat 哈东剧院 and the Studio 跳舞 Theatre on the 365滚球官网 莫斯科 campus.

The fall concert features the UIdaho 跳舞 Ensemble performing works by professional faculty choreographers, internationally acclaimed guest artists. Past guest artist works have been set by: Nick Cendese (Repertory 跳舞 Theatre), Cedric Hall (Cleo Parker Robinson 跳舞 Ensemble), 舞蹈交流, 跳舞BARN, 长春花格林, 信仰莫里森, 莎拉·艾伯特, Jaime敏克, 铁男何, 瑞秋温彻斯特, 安娜·凯勒, 路易Kavouras, & 迈克尔-舒马赫.
Students audition for this pre-professional experience. 试镜 are open to all students that meet the co-requisite requirement of at least one technique class. Other performance opportunities have included collaborations with Theatre 艺术, 音乐, 以及校外表演场地.

In the spring, the 舞蹈节目 collaborates with the 莱昂内尔·汉普顿音乐学院 for the acclaimed production of 跳舞rs Drummers Dreamers. DDD was founded in 1991 by Dan Bukvich and Diane Walker. This unique production features 跳舞 performed to original, live music composed by the music faculty members and students.
The overall performance is variety show with music, 跳舞, 歌曲和一些闹剧喜剧. 这是一个家庭活动, 被描述为不拘一格, 好玩的, 有趣的, 娱乐, 协作, high octane energy and imaginative. The production often performs to sell-out crowds each spring and has toured throughout the Northwest region.

Students may audition to perform in Choreo-Lab, a concert featuring student choreography. Students can also participate in 跳舞 Off Hand, a biannual concert series sponsored by our Terpischore Student 跳舞 Organization, 展示正在进行的作品, and annual 跳舞 研究 Concerts comprised of work created by graduating seniors. Student concerts are performed in our newly renovated 120-seat 跳舞 Studio Theatre in the 体育课。 Building, complete with stage lighting and curtains.
The 舞蹈节目 travels each year to the American College 跳舞 Association Conference, where students have the opportunity to participate in master classes and perform in adjudicated concerts. The program also travels to attend and perform at the Idaho 跳舞 Education Organization Conference held in many locations across the state.
